A little snow, a lot of problems...

It's been snowing here since last Saturday. It's the longest snowy stretch in 17 years. Accumulation reached almost 2 inches as of Tuesday, the most since 1984, according to the Shanghai Meteorological Bureau. The thick, slushy mess has caused roofs of old homes to collapse, halted trains and closed roads throughout the country. Amidst the serious problems, some have been able to relish this rare opportunity to enjoy it. You'd think this snowman in Century Park was a star. People lined up to take pictures with it in various poses.
